I am excited to announce that Truelytics has moved its HQ from Boston, MA, to Austin, TX! From January 1st, 2017, to December 31st, 2020, Boston served as a fantastic host for our startup as we focused on confirming the product-market fit for our Advisor Transition Management platform. In that time, Truelytics pursued the Wealth Management industry’s enterprise segment, resulting in successful partnerships with the nation’s top independent broker-dealers, custodians, and asset managers.
We are now in our second phase of growth, where we are scaling our sales and marketing efforts to pursue RIAs and OSJs. This move requires Truelytics to formally build out revenue operations in a city where skilled and affordable labor, with B2B SaaS experience, is abundant . Ian Karnell has been tapped for this effort as Truelytics’s new Chief Revenue Officer. He joins Mike Langford, the host of Truelytics’ industry podcast, The Modern Financial Advisor, and myself, serving in my new role as Truelytics’ new Chief Executive Officer. The three of us have lived in Austin for the last 8+ years and have extensive relationships in the city’s burgeoning startup/FinTech community.
Co-founder and fellow board member, Terry Mullen, will remain in Philadelphia, PA, where he is joined by Kevin Connor (board member), Kasey Logan (VP, Head of Customer Success), and Carla McCabe (VP, Head of Professional Services). Truelytics’ Chief Technology Officer, Eli Gassert, will continue to be located in Barcelona, Spain.
Our new address is in the Bee Cave/Lakeway area:
Currently, the location is serving as our primary mailing address. It is also where the firm plans to expand into its physical office space once it is safe related to COVID-19. We are excited to be a part of this amazing startup community.
