ABOUT

The YTexas Leadership Academy (TXLA) is a 501c (3) non-profit organization that assists Texas students with networking, entrepreneurship and career building skills.

The academy fosters interaction with CEOs in the following industry sectors: Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Sports/Entertainment, Transportation/Aviation, Retail/Consumer Goods, Non-profit and Government, Energy, Business/Financial Services and Real Estate Services

On December 2, 2026, select college students will join YTexas at Texas A&M University in College Station for an event to interact with executives, learn about career pathways, and participate in a team-building project as judges of our 2026 Rēlo Awards ceremony recognizing 50 companies that have relocated HQs to Texas.
