Talk to YTexas
YTexas is a business network for companies relocating or expanding into Texas. Tell us which of six things you need and a person will reply within two business days.
Tell us what you need
Five fields. A real person reads every one of these.
Got it.
A person will reply within two business days. If it is about an event in the next week, email info@ytexas.com and say so.
Start where your question belongs
Picking one of these in the form is the difference between a useful reply and a slow one. It tells us who should read it.
- 01
A company moving to or growing in Texas
You are who YTexas is for. Tell us where you are coming from and roughly when.
- 02
Sponsorship or exhibiting
Four statewide events a year. We will send what is available and what it costs.
- 03
Membership
What it includes, what it costs, and honestly whether it suits you.
- 04
Speaking at an event
Seventy seven people have spoken at a YTexas Summit. Tell us what you would talk about.
- 05
Press, research or using our data
The Relocation Record is free to cite. We will help you use it properly.
- 06
Something else
Anything that does not fit the list.
What we will not do
We will not sell your details, add you to a list without asking, or pass your inquiry to a sponsor. YTexas sells presence and attention at events, and membership of a network. It does not sell introductions, and it does not sell you.
Next event
YTexas 2026
December 1 to 3, 2026, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Texas A&M University, College Station, TX
Questions
If the answer is here, you do not need to write to us at all.
How do I contact YTexas?
Use the form on this page. It reaches us directly and is read by a person. Tell us which of the six categories your question falls into and you will get a faster and more useful answer.
How quickly does YTexas reply?
Within two business days. If your question is about an event less than a week away, say so in the message and it moves to the top.
Who is YTexas for?
Companies relocating or expanding operations into Texas, and the organizations that serve them. Since 2013 YTexas has worked with companies arriving in Texas, and it maintains the Relocation Record, a verified record of 398 corporate relocations into the state since 2005.
Can I use the YTexas Relocation Record in my own work?
Yes. The record is published free and may be cited. Suggested form: YTexas, Relocation Record 2005 to 2026, ytexas.com/relo-tracker/. If you need a cut of the data that is not published, ask and we will usually say yes.
Does YTexas sell introductions?
No. Membership and sponsorship buy access, presence and attention. What happens next is down to the people in the room.
Or start without talking to anyone
Not every question needs a conversation. These are free and need no form.
