Andrew Johnsen, AVP Community Affairs - BNSF Railways
Andrew Johnsen leads BNSF Railway’s initiative to strengthen ties with cities, counties, regional and tribal governments across the Railway’s network. In addition to local government and media affairs, his team includes a first-in-the-industry Tribal Relations program. Prior to BNSF, Andrew served in state and federal government posts: He was Executive Policy Advisor to former Washington Governor Gary Locke; managed congressional relations and policy projects at the US Department of Transportation’s Volpe National Transportation Systems Center, in Cambridge, MA. Andrew holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in politics and government from the University of Puget Sound and Harvard University, respectively.

Holly Reed, Managing Director External Affairs - Texas Central
Holly Reed is the Managing Director, External Affairs, for Texas Central. As a native Texan, she is passionate about bringing the train to her home state and sharing its benefits – transforming how people think about travel, putting people to work and saving lives.
Holly leads the team supporting the external initiatives of the multi-billion dollar project driving awareness of the positive impacts on jobs and economic development, growing support and coordinating with State, Local and Federal stakeholders. Her responsibilities include public policy, outreach, government relations and branding, media and communications activities.

Dale Craymer, President - Texas Taxpayers and Research Association
Mr. Craymer has been TTARA’s President since September 2009. A graduate of the University of Texas’ Plan II program, with a Master’s degree in Economics, Mr. Craymer served as Chief Revenue Estimator under Comptroller Bob Bullock and was Budget Director for Texas Governor Ann Richards as well as Deputy Director under Governor George W. Bush. He is a member of Texas’ Business Tax Advisory Committee and the National Taxpayers Conference, and has previously served on the executive boards of both the National Association of State Budget Officers and the Council of Governor’s Policy Advisors.

Elizabeth Ross Hadley, Shareholder - Greenberg Traurig, LLP
Elizabeth focuses her practice on both government law and policy and litigation matters. Her government experience includes representing clients with legislative, regulatory, and administrative issues across all policy areas, with an emphasis on insurance regulation, economic development, technology, health care, education, the Texas Public Information Act, and campaign finance compliance in Texas. She has an intimate understanding of legislative and government agency processes given her prior experience working within the U.S. Senate, the Texas State Senate, and the Texas Department of Agriculture. On the litigation side, Elizabeth represents clients in commercial business litigation and products liability matters in Texas and Mississippi state and federal courts. She is honored to begin serving as Chair of the Legislative and Campaign Law Section of the State Bar of Texas this year and also dedicates her time to the Austin community on the Board of Dress for Success Austin and through The Junior League of Austin. Elizabeth received a B.A. in Political Science and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi.
