9:00 AM: SHOTGUN START

The event will kick-off at 9:00 am with an interactive virtual reality tour of the state of Texas.
Exhibitor showcase begins.
Private book signing of Why Texas: How Business Discovered the Lone Star State, which features 18 case studies of some of the most impactful corporate relocations into Texas such as Toyota, the Andy Roddick Foundation and the Tim Ferriss Show.
The event will feature a “Deal Room”, which will accommodate one-on-one meetings for attendees to network privately – exchange business cards, give a short presentation or just plug in.

10:30 AM-11:30 AM: THE 86TH LEGISLATIVE SESSION WITH RYAN, AT&T, BNSF, GREENBERG TRAURIG

Interactive panel discussion on what you need to know about this year’s legislative session – and our ability to sustain our low tax environment. Hosted by Brint Ryan.
How the Texas approach to higher education will affect the marketplace. How will the expanding infrastructure aid our growing state.

11:30 AM-12:30 PM: LIVE PODCASTS, PRIZE GIVEAWAYS AND LUNCH.

CEO Insider Podcast host, Sandy McIlree, will be hosting live interviews with some of the top CEOs in Texas. Sit and listen intently – or peruse the exhibitor booths while you listen over the speaker system.
We will be offering flexible eating and seating arrangements to promote networking with your peers – perhaps grab a bite with a potential client.
