Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc. (Hartman) is a premier property management company founded on humble beginnings in 1983. Founder and CEO Al Hartman leveraged his first real estate purchase at the age of 27 with a few modest homes and apartment complexes in Houston, Texas.

Thirty-eight years later, Hartman has become a leader in Texas’s commercial real estate industry, employing nearly 200 employees and managing 60 commercial properties. Hartman has extensive experience acquiring, owning, managing, and leasing commercial office, retail, light industrial, and warehouse properties located throughout the state. As of December 31, 2020, Hartman has sponsored 26 programs and acquired interest in more than 90 real assets totaling approximately $815 million.
