The LED sign manufacturer expects to create 50 jobs as it ramps up activity in North Texas.
LED sign manufacturer Optimal Elite Management LLC has purchased a 63,000-square-foot office and warehouse in Grand Prairie as it proceeds with plans to move its corporate headquarters from Los Angeles to Texas.
Optimal Elite will relocate its production and headquarters to the two-story facility in June. The company expects to create 50 jobs when it ramps up production in the Great Southwest Industrial Park.
The company said it chose the 9 1/2-acre site because of its size and central location between Dallas and Fort Worth, as well as its proximity to DFW International Airport.
The availability of talent in the region and affordability also were factors in Optimal’s relocation, according to Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services broker associate Noah Dodge, who represented Optimal in the deal.
