The YTexas Foundation partners with non-profit organizations that focus on education and workforce development initiatives across the state.  Investment in future leaders is central to the mission of our organization.

YTexas has chosen to commit the proceeds from ticket sales to the 2020 YTexas State of Business Summit to charitable donation – with the goal of raising $55,000.

YTexas has partnered with UNT Dallas to form a Leadership Academy that provides mentors to primarily “first generation” college students. The academy exposes students to real-world business experience, and provides a professional network for them to access after graduation.
