Accruent LLC, a maker of real estate management software, has bought a company for the second time in as many weeks.

The Austin software maker has acquired Verisae Inc., a Minneapolis company that develops maintenance and service software that connects to facilities and assets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to a company announcement.

Verisae, which was founded in 2000, operates four U.S. offices and offices in the United Kingdom and Israel. The company employs 200 workers.

Last week, Accruent bought Arizona-based Business Integration Group Inc. for an undisclosed amount. The buying spree comes four months after Accruent was acquired by California private equity firm Genstar Capital LLC. Accruent appears to be hiring: it has posted six job openings in the last day, from events management to software engineer, on the ABJ website.
