Austin’s Accruent buys Arizona-based real estate software developer

Accruent LLC, a maker of real estate management software, has bought Arizona-based Business Integration Group Inc.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Austin-based Accruent, which was acquired in May by California private equity firm Genstar Capital LLC, bought Business Integration from Cushman & Wakefield Inc., a New York-based real estate services company, according to an announcement.

Business Integration Group, which was founded in 1998, employs 65 workers. The company develops software and provides services focused on real estate and facilities lifecycle, including transaction management, lease administration and space optimization.
