Global IT services firm Atos has acquired Dallas-based Anthelio Healthcare Solutions for $275 million, the company announced Monday.

Atos, which maintains an office and some North American executives in Dallas, will fully finance the deal in cash.

Anthelio generates about $200 million in revenue each year and was growing at about 8 percent year-over-year. With cost synergies taken into account, Atos expects its new healthcare technology practice will reach double-digit organic growth in 2018, the company said in a news release.

Atos will acquire the company from Actis, the London-based investment firm that has been Anthelio’s majority shareholder since November 2010, and from the McLaren Health Care Corporation, a health network that is Anthelio’s largest customer.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the month.
